BACKGROUND

Code Capsules is the PaaS for MEAN dev teams with a mission to provide MEAN/MERN/MEVN stack developers with the easiest and quickest platform to build, deploy, and scale their apps. Started in 2020, Code Capsules was born out of a necessity. Since its founding, it has continually improved and grown.

Problem

To date growth has been driven by organic content. They have targeted developers and have seen significant sign-ups. However, many of these users have not converted into lifetime customers and churn prior to making their first payment.

INSIGHT

Code Capsules was designed to solve the pain point for agencies managing multiple projects and reducing the development costs associated to that. We identified that the ICP needs to shift from a developer to an agency. It directly solves the issue they are facing as well as their basket size being a lot greater than developers.

SOLUTION

Developing new positioning, messaging, and helping implement a growth strategy that will reach the ambitious targets set out by investors.

An increase in middle of the funnel conversion by over 50%.
