Paired with one of our strategic experts, founders are taken through a month long course to develop the best strategy for your idea (we help you go from zero to one).

Minumum of 40 hours commitment
Based on your industry, we pair you with a strategic expert. The expert will introduce themselves and get to know you and your team in more detail. Followed by a request for all documentation for them to analyse.
Your strategic partner will conduct a 2 hour workshop after they have understood your idea in more detail. This workshop will make use of our unique methodologies to draw out key areas of focus.
The second workshop will be set up a few days after the first, to allow for consolidation and additional thinking. This workshop will go into more detail on key strategic areas.
Your strategic partner will then provide you with a blueprint template for your team to populate with the insights of the workshop. They will set up bi-weekly sessions to discuss your thinking and progress as well as offer additional insight.
Once the blueprint is complete your team will present it back to your strategic partner.
